Esteemed Residents,
It has been brought to our attention that certain members of our community are not only violating the rules but also abusing them. Please be advised that our pet regulations are stringent and will be strictly enforced. This is an urgent reminder to all pet owners, with a particular emphasis on dog owners.
We are concerned about the fact that certain pet owners are allowing their pets to freely roam in common areas, including the lobby, laundry rooms, and hallways. Please be advised that these areas are shared spaces, and in order to ensure the safety of your pet and others, all animals must be kept on a leash at all times while in these areas.
We are grateful for your assistance in ensuring that the environment is both safe and respectful for all individuals.
