Our Community Association Property Manager has been assiduously working to modernize and streamline our association’s record management practices in accordance with the directives of our Board of Directors. We are thrilled to inform you of this development.

As part of our dedication to adjusting to the changing times and complying with the most recent guidelines and regulations established by the DBPR, we have made substantial progress in the enhancement of our documentation processes. These enhancements encompass:

  • Maintenance of Physical and Digital Records: In addition to preserving physical files, we are also digitizing them and storing them securely in the cloud. This guarantees that critical documents are readily accessible to all apartment owners in our community, not just the Board members.

We want to improve transparency and simplify the process of accessing information for all parties by adopting these changes. We are confident that these modifications will facilitate a more organized and efficient community association.
