Dear Residents and Owners,
We would like to inform you that on Tuesday, May 27, our team will be performing the connection of the new water supply line to our cooling tower. As part of this process, we kindly ask all residents to take the necessary precautions and ensure that your air conditioning units are turned off starting at 9:00 AM on that day.
If your unit is currently unoccupied, please notify the management office as soon as possible so we can assist by turning off the A/C on your behalf.
This work is part of our ongoing efforts to improve our building’s infrastructure efficiently and cost-effectively. We’re pleased to share that the sewer pipe replacement work completed last month at the front of the building allowed us to reduce mobilization costs and carry out this important project at a reasonable expense.
In addition, once this new water line is successfully connected and passes final inspection by the City of North Bay Village, we will also complete the connection to the irrigation system. This will result in significant savings on our utility services and will now give us clear separation and identification of three key service lines:
- Pool water line
- Cooling tower supply
- Sprinkler irrigation line
