Please ensure that all the following requirements are met:
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) from the moving company: Kindly have the COI emailed to [email protected], addressed to Island Place at North Bay Village, 1455 N Treasure Dr, Miami, FL 33141.
- $500.00 refundable security deposit payable to Island Place at North Bay Village. This deposit will be returned within 15 days after confirming that your move is complete, and the area is left clean and clear of furniture.
- Delivery and Move-Out Times: Delivery can begin at 9:00 AM, and all movers or delivery personnel must vacate the property by 4:00 PM.
