Dear Resident,
Please ensure that all the following requirements are met:
1. Certificate of Insurance (COI) from the moving company: Kindly have the COI emailed to [email protected], addressed to Island Place at North Bay Village, located at 1455 N Treasure Dr., North Bay Village FL. 33141.
2. $500.00 refundable security deposit payable to Island Place at North Bay Village. This deposit will be deposited. Once your move is complete and no damages have occurred outside the unit, your security deposit will be refunded upon the completion of your contract. (This may take up to 10 days.)
3. Please note that the move-in/out can be conducted from Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 AM, and all movers must have vacated the property by 4:00 PM.
4. You must protect the building’s entrance floor with a cardboard material to prevent wear and tear on the lobby floor. (See the links)
