This service is available to lenders, mortgage brokers, closing agents, realtors, and homeowners who need a certificate of insurance or a summary of a master policy for community associations insured through our agency.
How to Obtain a Certificate of Insurance:
- Visit www.eoidirect.com.
- If you’re a first-time user, follow the registration links to create an account.
- Once registered, log in as an “Existing User”.
- Navigate to the “Evidence of Insurance” section to search for and access the association policy information you need.
Cost and Support:
- While there is a delivery charge for Certificate Holder changes, registration for the service is free, and summaries of master policy information can be accessed online at no cost.
- Customer service is available toll-free from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday. For assistance, call 1(877) 456-3643.
- Those without internet access can contact the help desk to order their certificate over the phone.
