Applications:
In our process, we conduct a thorough background check, which may include a credit check, eviction history review, and criminal background check. The applicant may need to provide written consent for the credit check. Additionally, we collect personal information, such as the applicant’s social security number, current and previous addresses, details of past landlords, employer information, and personal references. Other relevant details may cover pet information and vehicle details, including the tag number, make, year, and model.
Estoppel Certificate:
An estoppel letter, also known as an estoppel certificate, is a legally binding document that confirms the current status of a person’s rights, obligations, and responsibilities. It’s based on the legal principle of estoppel, which prevents someone from claiming a change to an agreement later on.
