Dear Residents of Island Place Condominium,
We are happy to inform you about the upcoming vehicle registration process for all cars in our condominium. This process is set to begin shortly, and we would like to share the following regulations and requirements:
- Handicap Parking: The handicap parking spot is reserved for visitors only and is not assigned to any specific unit.
- Vehicle Registration: Only vehicles registered under the name of the person listed as a renter or owner of a unit will be eligible for registration.
- Parking Assignment: Each unit will be assigned only one parking spot.
- Vehicle Documentation: To register your vehicle, it must be properly registered in Miami-Dade County. Additionally, a copy of your insurance proof will be required. This process will last for 30 days.
Please note that your vehicle must be present at the time of registration to receive the sticker. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this process.
