Water Conservation Update and Upcoming Inspections

Dear Residents,

As we approach the middle of the year, I would like to take this opportunity to share some positive news: we have successfully completed the direct connection of our cooling tower to the irrigation line. This is part of our ongoing efforts to reduce the building’s water expenses.

As you can see in the attached photo, our monthly water bill is currently around $20,000, and a significant portion of that cost was previously linked to the cooling tower. We expect this change will bring meaningful savings to our community.

The next step is to inspect each apartment with the help of a team of licensed and certified plumbers. These inspections will allow us to immediately address any water-related issues we may find—such as leaking toilets or faulty shut-off valves that may be causing unnecessary water waste.

We kindly ask for your full cooperation during this process so we can work together to fix this ongoing issue that affects our entire community.

Thank you for your support.

Warm regards,
Guillermo Parra, LCAM.
