Dear Residents,
Following the guidance of the Board of Directors, we continue working diligently to improve every aspect of our daily lives while also strengthening our financial planning and optimizing our budget.
I’m pleased to share some great news: We successfully reduced our water consumption during the first month, resulting in savings of over $8,000.
As part of the recent work completed in the lobby and building entrance, we were able to successfully connect our cooling tower to the mechanical/irrigation line. This improvement alone is expected to save the association nearly $100,000 over the next year—funds we hope to redirect toward other important areas of the building.
Now that this project has been completed, we can shift our focus to reducing electricity consumption by installing programmable thermostats and renegotiating service contracts.
