Dear Residents and Owners,
We’d like to remind you about the bulk trash pickup service available to multi-family buildings like Island Place at North Bay Village. Please review the guidelines below to help keep our community clean, organized, and in full compliance with city regulations.
📦 Monthly Bulk Pickup – Last Wednesday of Each Month
Important Schedule Information:
- Bulk trash must be placed after 4:00 PM on Tuesday
- Pickup will take place by 6:00 PM on Wednesday
- Pickup requests must be submitted by the Friday before pickup day
- Requests must be sent by email only to:

💰 Pickup Fees
- $25 per bulk item
- $40 per mattress (must be scheduled in advance)
- $25 per standard pile (up to 5’ x 4’ x 3’ in size)
✅ What You Can Put Out
- 🌿 Tree trimmings and vegetation
- 🪑 Furniture (chairs, tables, etc.)
- 🧺 Large appliances (refrigerators, washers, etc.)
- 🛏️ Mattresses (must be pre-scheduled)
❌ What You Cannot Put Out
- 🧱 Construction debris (drywall, tiles, lumber, etc.)
- 💻 Electronics
- 🧪 Hazardous materials (paint, oil, chemicals, etc.)
⚠️ Please do not place any bulk trash outside before 4:00 PM on Tuesday, as early placement may result in fines or removal fees from the Village.
